Stagelight
Policy

Acceptable Use

This policy sets the rules for using Stagelight. It exists to keep listings honest, fair and lawful.

Last updated: 12 July 2026 · Governing law: England and Wales

1. Only list property you are authorised to present

Only upload photos of, and create outputs for, property you own or are authorised to list. Do not upload someone else’s property photos to create an unauthorised listing.

2. No misleading staging

Keep the “Virtually staged” disclosure on every staged image and reel. Do not use outputs to hide, remove or minimise defects, damage, or structural or safety problems, or to otherwise mislead buyers or renters about the real condition of a home.

3. Fair and non-discriminatory listings

Listing copy must not state or imply any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, colour, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, family or marital status, disability, nationality, age or any other protected characteristic. Uphold fair-housing principles.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

  • No unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or deceptive content.
  • No third-party brands, logos, trademarks, people or copyrighted material you do not have rights to.
  • No attempts to present the tool as a valuation, brokerage, mortgage, legal or financial service.
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, resale of the service, or automated abuse.
  • No uploading of malware or attempts to breach security.

5. Compliance with listing platforms and law

You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform where you publish (including their virtual- staging disclosure rules) and with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection and housing laws.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, for breaches of this policy. Report concerns to support@hamesestates.shop.
