Do the renders show my real home?+

No. Every staging, refresh, curb-appeal and light-board render is a digital, virtually staged concept. It is clearly labelled and does not represent the actual condition of the property. Never use a render to hide a defect or mislead a buyer or renter.

Is Stagelight an estate agent?+

No. Stagelight is a digital subscription tool for presenting listings. We do not sell or let property, value homes, hold funds, or give legal, financial or investment advice.

How does the walkthrough reel work?+

From a staged room we generate a short room-to-room reel in 16:9 and 9:16 for the gallery and social. Every reel is disclosed as virtually staged.

What do subscriptions include?+

Snapshot is free with one listing per month. Listing unlocks all five image deliverables and the Listing Kit PDF. Showcase adds walkthrough reels, before/after transitions and priority rendering. Monthly allowances reset each period and do not carry over.

Can I cancel?+

Yes. Cancel anytime and access continues to the end of your paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation policy for details.

Who owns the photos I upload?+

You do. You grant a limited licence for us to process them to create your renders. Uploads are cleared after 30 days. Only upload property you are authorised to list. See the Content License.
