Terms of Service

Stagelight is a digital, online-only subscription tool that turns a text brief and optional photos into virtual staging renders, decluttered/refreshed room concepts, curb-appeal renders, listing copy and walkthrough reels. It is a creative and marketing tool only.

Stagelight does not sell, buy or let property, act as an estate agent or broker, value or appraise homes, suggest or set asking prices, hold or transfer funds, or provide legal, financial, mortgage, tax or investment advice. Nothing produced by the studio is a valuation, survey, or professional advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of every fact in your listing (size, age, tenure, condition and selling points).

All staging, refresh, curb-appeal and reel outputs are digital concepts. You must keep the “Virtually staged” disclosure with any such image or reel wherever it is published. You must not use outputs to remove, hide, minimise or disguise real defects, damage, structural or safety issues, and you must not use them to mislead a buyer or renter. Misleading use is a material breach.

Listing copy generated or edited with Stagelight must not express or imply any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, religion, sex, gender, family or marital status, disability, nationality, age or any other protected characteristic. You must comply with fair-housing principles and local advertising law.

You must be at least 13 to use Stagelight; users aged 13–17 need verifiable parent or guardian consent. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and Content License. Only submit property you are authorised to list, and content you have the right to use.

Plans are recurring subscriptions billed in USD via Stripe (Snapshot free, Listing and Showcase paid). Monthly allowances reset each period and do not carry over. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You retain rights in the source photos and facts you provide. Subject to payment and these terms, you may use the outputs Stagelight generates for you to market the specific listing they were made for, keeping the staging disclosure. Stagelight and its branding remain our property.

The service and outputs are provided “as is”. AI outputs can contain inaccuracies and are drafts for your review. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee sale, rental, listing-platform approval, or any commercial outcome.

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for your reliance on outputs without independent verification.

We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, misleading or unlawful listings, or misuse of the service. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.
